Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact investigations to analyze critical escalations.

- Architect system guardrails to prevent known failure modes.
- Support global rollouts by validating firmware and hardware integration.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in systems, storage, or low-level software engineering.
- Proven ability to navigate and resolve issues across OS and firmware layers.
- Strong skills in Python, Go, or C/C++ for automation and analysis.
- Familiarity with large-scale test environments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly.
- Preferred experience in customer-facing escalations or qualifying device firmware.
