Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build platform systems for navigating, understanding, and operating on large SAP codebases, including code search, version control, authentication, sandboxing, tool calling, and agent orchestration.
- Design evaluation frameworks, instrumentation, feedback loops, and reproducible tests to improve agent reliability on customer workloads.
- Develop enterprise deployment infrastructure across customer AWS accounts with RBAC, permissioning, security, compliance, SSO, audit, and data-residency support.
- Support cloud and on-premises environments.
- Build backend services, enterprise integrations, and client applications that customers use daily.
Requirements
- Strong production software engineering experience shipping systems end-to-end.
- At least 3 years of experience in backend, infrastructure, or distributed-systems engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
- Strong familiarity with AWS and infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform.
- Production experience with LLMs and AI agents.
- Experience using agent-development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Cline, or similar.
- Background at an early-stage startup is preferred.
- Open-source contributions in AI tooling, developer tools, or adjacent areas are preferred.
- Ability to work through ambiguity, communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, and drive substantial work end-to-end.
