Base Salary
$108k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, FSM, CMDB, Service Portal, and Mobile Agent.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer workflows, Service Catalog items, CMDB models, portals, and mobile experiences.
- Implement REST and SOAP integrations for ServiceNow applications.
- Support releases, testing, upgrades, automation, and platform governance.
- Conduct code reviews, create documentation, mentor team members, and partner with business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software development experience.
- At least 4 years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- At least 3 years of experience in CSM or ITSM with deployed custom application development.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow development skills, including workflow configuration, business rule development, integrations, and platform best practices.
- At least 5 years troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations and at least 3 years of scripting beyond basic ServiceNow scripts.
- Experience with Agile Scrum and familiarity with ITIL processes and IT service management principles.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- U.S. citizenship and residence in the United States are required.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer certifications are preferred, along with additional mainline certifications such as Human Resources, Customer Service Management, Discovery, Software Asset Management, or Project Portfolio Management Implementation Specialist certifications.
- An active FCC or GSA government clearance is desired.
