Responsibilities

  • Scale distributed systems to support significantly increased workloads while maintaining performance and reliability.
  • Improve system stability and uptime to meet enterprise-grade expectations.
  • Optimize AI performance by adapting to new models, hardware, and runtime improvements.
  • Expand the platform beyond inference into broader AI infrastructure, including data pipelines, customization, and advanced usage features.
  • Build and scale backend systems using Go and Python.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, observability, billing, and AI research teams.

Requirements

  • At least five years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong software engineering skills, primarily using Python and Go.
  • Experience developing web services.
  • Experience with CI/CD, version control, and unit testing.
  • Extreme rigor in job-related activities is expected.
  • Experience with language models or similar NLP technologies is preferred.
  • Experience building and delivering products in a dynamic, startup-like environment is preferred.
  • Experience developing large distributed systems or high-load web services is preferred.
  • Open-source projects demonstrating strong engineering ability are preferred.
