Responsibilities
- Build and scale backend systems for Token Factory using primarily Go and Python.
- Scale distributed systems to support increased workloads while maintaining performance and reliability.
- Improve system stability and uptime to meet enterprise-grade expectations.
- Optimize AI performance across new models, hardware, and runtime improvements.
- Expand platform capabilities into broader AI infrastructure, including data pipelines, customization, and advanced usage features.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, observability, billing, and AI research teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong software engineering skills, primarily with Python and Go.
- Experience developing web services.
- Experience with contemporary software engineering practices, including CI/CD, version control, and unit testing.
- High rigor in job-related activities.
- Preferred: experience with language models or other NLP technologies.
- Preferred: experience delivering products in a dynamic startup-like environment.
- Preferred: experience with large distributed systems or high-load web services.
- Preferred: open-source projects demonstrating engineering capability.
