SAP Senior Architect / Senior Expert
Bosch GlobalResponsibilities
- Design, implement, optimize, size, and review SAP technical solutions across on-premises and cloud scenarios.
- Lead SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
- Develop full-stack solutions using S/4HANA ABAP, SAP UI5/Fiori, interfaces, SAP BTP, and SAP Joule.
- Act as technical stream lead by planning and coordinating activities across technical delivery resources.
- Create architecture diagrams, design specifications, implementation plans, and other technical documentation.
- Lead architecture reviews and assessments to improve system performance, reliability, and adherence to best practices.
- Support business development by preparing estimates, proposals, and Statements of Work.
- Build competency frameworks, design technical training, mentor and coach colleagues, and support employee development.
- Present technical topics to higher management and deliver customer-focused solutions to quality and utilization targets.
Requirements
- B.E. or B.Tech degree.
- 8 to 15 years of experience in SAP technical areas.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA ABAP, SAP HANA, SAP UI5, SAP Fiori, object-oriented programming, Adobe Forms, interface frameworks, and SAP BTP.
- Experience as a full-stack lead developer with SAP S/4HANA ABAP, SAP UI5/Fiori, interfaces, SAP BTP, and SAP Joule.
- Experience implementing technical solutions in process areas such as SAP O2C, S2P, or M2C.
- Experience working in an Agile delivery model and across SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
- Strong architecture, technical leadership, communication, mentoring, and presentation skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across India and internationally.
- SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP are mandatory; SAP AI Joule is preferred.
