Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision, architecture strategy, and design patterns for enterprise-scale AI/ML and intelligent experiences.
- Architect systems using GenAI, LLMs, Graph RAG, multimodal models, and multi-agent workflows.
- Own end-to-end system design across the machine learning lifecycle and evaluate build-versus-buy tradeoffs.
- Guide teams on LLM and GenAI architecture, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and technical best practices.
- Design AIOps systems for clustering, classification, anomaly detection, and capacity prediction.
- Architect integrations connecting AI and bot systems with backend systems, databases, and APIs.
- Define technical standards, conduct architecture reviews, and drive consistency across distributed engineering teams.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of software engineering or AI/ML experience, including 3–4 or more years in an architect or technical leadership role designing enterprise-scale AI/ML systems.
- Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, anomaly detection, and scalable AI/ML system architecture.
- Experience delivering production generative AI solutions and working with LLM architectures, fine-tuning, and RAG.
- Experience optimizing prompt strategies and measuring improvements in LLM accuracy, latency, or cost efficiency.
- Experience architecting multi-agent systems with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
- Experience designing and scaling AI/ML platforms and services for high data and traffic volumes in enterprise environments.
- Experience with multimodal models, Graph RAG, RAG benchmarking, model optimization, conversational AI, LLMOps, and responsible AI practices is preferred.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, infrastructure as code, containerization, Git-based workflows, and SRE principles is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
