Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of application design, development, configuration, and delivery activities.

Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Pega Platform.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in software applications.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on scalable and maintainable solutions.
