Responsibilities
- Own enterprise deployments of Athena end to end, including requirements, use-case definition, product mapping, and go-lives.
- Translate ambiguous customer problems into pragmatic configurations, integrations, and production technical solutions.
- Ship production code, integrations, and configuration using AI-assisted development.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for customers across operational and senior leadership stakeholders.
- Drive post-launch adoption, resolve technical challenges, and identify additional customer value opportunities.
- Develop expertise in model behavior, prompting patterns, tools, and agent configurations.
- Feed customer learnings into the roadmap in partnership with Engineering, Product, Design, and the CTO.
- Act as the technical authority during sales processes and answer complex technical questions.
- Travel onsite to customers when needed.
Requirements
- Multiple years of industry experience building full-stack web applications, ideally in SaaS, with the ability to ship production-quality code.
- Strong TypeScript knowledge.
- Direct customer-facing experience and confidence working with audiences from operational teams to senior leadership.
- Experience translating ambiguous business requirements into practical working solutions.
- Experience with enterprise integrations such as APIs and SSO; Workday or other HRIS experience is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs or agentic systems, including prompt engineering, tool calling, evaluation, or agent orchestration.
- Experience working in a product or technical area without an established playbook.
- Strong ownership, speed, and judgment when prioritizing what to build.
- Willingness to travel for onsite customer work.
- Comfort working hands-on across code, integrations, technical details, Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
