Responsibilities
- Build customer-specific tools, integrations, and features in the Athena codebase and ship them to production.
- Translate customer requirements into configured agents and jobs, integrations, and required data connections.
- Write evaluations, perform QA, and demo releases to customers.
- Monitor production agents, debug failures, fix root causes, and provide technical customer support.
- Lead the technical and product aspects of customer calls, including scoping and delivery commitments.
- Identify follow-on customer use cases based on production experience.
Requirements
- Multiple years of industry experience building production software, ideally in SaaS.
- Strong TypeScript knowledge and experience building and debugging API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with LLM applications, including prompting, tool calling, retrieval, and evaluating model behavior.
- Experience with authentication, authorization, and sensitive data across connected systems.
- Ability to explain technical trade-offs to engineers and operational teams and convert ambiguous business processes into deployed solutions.
- Track record of shipping work that materially benefited customers and following problems through to root cause.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and shift between building, debugging, and customer conversations.
