Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-quality applications inside client systems using AI SDLC workflows.
- Create reusable technical assets including MCP servers, sub-agents, agent orchestration frameworks, and evaluation tooling.
- Support enterprise rollouts of frontier AI capabilities and integrate solutions with existing IT infrastructure, workflows, and applications.
- Work directly with client engineering and product teams to accelerate AI adoption, remove blockers, and provide technical upskilling.
- Maintain expertise in LLM capabilities, SDLC applications, agentic frameworks, evaluation methodologies, and AI product development.
- Build trusted relationships with client teams and AI ecosystem partners while supporting new AI value opportunities.
- Champion responsible and safe AI usage in client engagements.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a technical engineering role with client-facing or consulting exposure, such as Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or technical consultant.
- Experience delivering production applications with meaningful business impact, preferably in enterprise environments.
- Practical experience with large language models, including prompt engineering, loop engineering, skill creation, agent development and use, evaluation frameworks, workflows, and deployment.
- Programming experience with relevant languages or ecosystems, with primary examples including TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and Java; willingness to learn Go, Rust, and unfamiliar technology stacks.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents and workflows.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and system integration patterns.
- Strong communication skills for technical discovery, stakeholder alignment, and explaining AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, work across complex organizations, learn new tools quickly, and validate ideas through working prototypes.
- Preferred: enterprise vertical experience such as media, familiarity with AI safety, responsible AI frameworks, enterprise AI governance, AI deployment infrastructure, or MLOps tooling.
