Responsibilities
- Own the technical win through custom demos, trials, and proof-of-concept execution.
- Understand customer workflows, pain points, and priorities and develop tailored solutions.
- Lead workshops, training, and joint solution sessions for technical enablement.
- Connect customers with engineering to influence the product roadmap.
- Help define Flow’s technical go-to-market methodology, implementation guides, and training materials.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including designing, testing, and operating services at scale in a cloud environment.
- Ability to explain complex ideas clearly and engage both engineers and executives.
- Builder mentality and interest in establishing a technical go-to-market motion from the ground up.
- Preferred: 3+ years in a hardware, mechanical, or systems engineering role.
- Preferred: pre-sales or post-sales customer relationship experience; closing experience is a bonus.
- Preferred: experience in space, energy, robotics, or advanced manufacturing.
- Preferred: experience with Jira, Confluence, PLM, MBSE, or legacy requirements tools.
