Base Salary
$120k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services and APIs in Rust for a cloud-based fleet lifecycle platform.
- Implement authentication and authorization for secure device-to-cloud communication.
- Build scalable and highly available services for telemetry ingestion, health monitoring, configuration distribution, and alerting.
- Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing pipelines for cloud-to-device interactions.
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud architectures and networking environments.
- Apply networking expertise involving TCP/IP, routing, subnetting, VPN architectures, load balancing, DNS, firewalls, security groups, and network segmentation.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
- At least 7 years of software development and related engineering experience is required.
- Experience with Rust application development is required.
- Experience designing and maintaining AWS cloud architectures, cloud-native patterns, service integration, and operational practices is required.
- Familiarity with AWS networking services, infrastructure-as-code tools, and CDK development is required.
- Experience with computer- and memory-optimized application development is required.
