Responsibilities
- Define and execute comprehensive test scenarios for embedded devices and systems.
- Create and maintain test environments for product functionality validation, reliability testing, and stress testing.
- Develop product testability best practices with the Development team.
- Submit defects, isolate problems, and perform fault-finding activities.
- Reproduce and analyze customer-reported problems and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Management to understand and define requirements.
- Document test plans, procedures, and results.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in software testing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Perl for test automation.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is preferred.
- Familiarity with embedded systems and device testing is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and continue learning about industry advancements.
