Responsibilities
- Become the main contributor to the PostgreSQL stack.
- Maintain and upgrade the database infrastructure.
- Manage the Wrike product infrastructure.
- Implement reliable solutions to ensure a product uptime SLA of 99.9%.
- Work with GCP, AWS, and other cloud providers in the IaC paradigm.
- Introduce and support new infrastructure services.
- Participate in incident response and management, including on-call duties.
- Develop and maintain professional connections within and outside of the team.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of PostgreSQL architecture and related technologies.
- Strong proficiency in writing and troubleshooting complex SQL queries.
- Familiarity with Kafka and RabbitMQ for messaging.
- Experience with Kubernetes and ArgoCD.
- Knowledge of Nginx, HAproxy, and Istio for load balancing.
- Experience with cloud providers like GCP, AWS, and Cloudflare.
- Proficiency in Puppet, Ansible, and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Ability to automate tasks using Python.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Zabbix.
- Familiarity with logging tools such as Graylog and Logstash.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Gitlab-CI.
- Upper Intermediate English skills.
