Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve customer issues involving cloud security posture management, vulnerability scanning, threat detection, container and Kubernetes security, IAM, network analysis, and data security.
- Troubleshoot cloud connector and integration failures across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and SaaS platforms, including IAM, networking, API authentication, and scanning infrastructure.
- Diagnose workload scanning and runtime security issues involving outpost deployment, sensor configuration, registry scanning, malware detection, and file integrity monitoring.
- Analyze vulnerability findings, including false positives, detection accuracy, SBOM/SCA results, secret detection, and patch management coverage.
- Support shift-left security workflows involving CI/CD scanning, infrastructure-as-code security, admission controllers, Kubernetes connectors, and code or version-control scanning.
- Design and implement AI-agent, agentic-workflow, and other automation tooling to improve support triage and resolution efficiency.
- Participate in the after-hours, holiday, and weekend on-call rotation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in customer support, technical support, system administration, or a related customer-facing role.
- At least 2 years of experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including IAM, networking, and core compute and storage services.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting production Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security fundamentals, including IAM, network segmentation, compliance frameworks, and security posture assessment.
- Ability to read and debug code in Python, Shell, JavaScript/JSON, Java, Go, or Terraform/HCL.
- Proficiency with command-line tools and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with LLM architectures and AI-driven tooling in technical workflows.
- Experience with vulnerability management, SBOM/SCA analysis, or CVE triage is preferred.
- Experience with threat detection, runtime security, SIEM/SOAR integrations, agentic workflows, RAG architectures, or AI-powered automation is preferred.
- Familiarity with Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm, GraphQL, REST APIs, ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk is preferred.
- Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
