Responsibilities
- Scale and expand Patreon's media publishing capabilities.
- Deliver high-quality experiences optimized for performance and user delight.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists on monetization features.
- Lead development of fullstack features using React, TypeScript, Python, and MySQL.
- Contribute to a strong product-oriented engineering culture and best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development.
- Passionate about shipping impactful features quickly and iteratively.
- Experience designing and running A/B tests and analyzing results.
- Comfortable with both frontend and backend code for end-to-end functionality.
- Skilled at collaborating across disciplines and communicating technical trade-offs.
