Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve the Ink component library by building and maintaining production-ready React components.
- Lead R&D on design system evolution to support AI-driven interfaces.
- Bridge the gap between design and code by translating concepts from Figma into performant UI code.
- Drive cross-functional projects to enhance animation fluidity, CSS architecture, and system modularity.
- Mentor engineers and designers, conducting code and design reviews to ensure best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in frontend engineering with a focus on design systems or UI infrastructure.
- Experience in AI-assisted development and a passion for pushing the limits of design systems.
- Proven ability to create modular, reusable UI solutions and articulate API design trade-offs.
- Expert-level knowledge of React, CSS architecture, and animation technologies.
- Comfortable collaborating in Figma and understanding interaction design nuances.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accessibility, performance, and visual fidelity.
