Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop LLM/NLU systems to extract information from clinical notes and medical documents.
- Own and evolve the LLM evaluation harness to ensure system accuracy.
- Extract structured data from complex clinical documents using OCR and ML techniques.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate AI/ML capabilities into the platform.
- Build and operationalize AI/data pipelines for analyzing medical records.
- Benchmark and stress-test LLM systems for accuracy and reliability.
- Design explainable AI solutions for transparency in model decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in backend or data engineering.
- Experience developing LLM-based systems for unstructured records.
- Familiarity with document AI and OCR technologies.
- Deep understanding of LLM limitations and best practices.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to building high-quality models.
