Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Java-based applications, services, and components.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable code using established coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define specifications, and implement technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, identify improvement opportunities, and help ensure code quality.
- Debug and resolve technical issues, troubleshoot application problems, and provide ongoing support.
- Participate in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, API documentation, and user guides.
- Stay current with Java technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Java Developer with strong knowledge of Java SE/EE.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL and with SQL.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
