Base Salary
$94k - $141k/yr
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, design, and develop features for Windows on Snapdragon products.
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of Windows-on-Snapdragon product lines.
- Bring up and support chipsets, triage issues, and unblock problems across internal and external teams.
- Develop and debug embedded Windows software, device drivers, and kernel-level functionality.
- Coordinate across stakeholders and drive tasks through completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Embedded Windows software and strong programming skills.
- Understanding of operating-system concepts and Windows and/or Linux kernel development.
- Strong C/C++, shell scripting, or Python skills and hands-on ARM or embedded SoC debugging experience.
- Preferred: device-driver programming and debugging with WinDbg and JTAG or other tools.
- Preferred: processor architecture, cache subsystems, ARM assembly, embedded operating-system architecture, memory, multiprocessing, multithreading, and crash debugging.
- Preferred: operating-system and system-performance profiling and optimization knowledge.
- Preferred: object-oriented programming, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
