Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own AI systems end-to-end, including data ingestion and ML pipeline design.
- Develop NLP and LLM-powered features with a focus on performance and reliability.
- Operate and maintain cloud-based ML workflows in AWS.
- Continuously improve model quality through monitoring and iteration.
- Collaborate across the product stack to deliver cohesive AI-driven features.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ML and data analysis with proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with NLP and LLM systems in production.
- Significant experience designing and maintaining data and ML pipelines.
- Experience in AWS environments, including containerized workloads.
- Familiarity with healthcare data and regulatory constraints.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
- Demonstrated ownership mentality in high-growth environments.
- Full-stack capabilities beyond core ML work.
- Must be based in NYC and willing to work in-office ~3 days per week.
