Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain production systems for serving LLMs and VLMs.
- Create robust evaluation pipelines for model behavior and quality.
- Monitor and validate reasoning systems in real-world scenarios.
- Develop infrastructure for reasoning agents and backend services.
- Establish telemetry and observability for model inference.
- Optimize system performance and cost for millions of users.
- Evaluate and standardize best practices for AI deployment.
- Implement security controls and compliance measures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with cloud-based services and APIs.
- Experience deploying production ML systems, especially LLMs and VLMs.
- Familiarity with observability and operational tooling.
- Demonstrated experience with CI/CD workflows.
