Responsibilities
- Create internal systems to help Support and Engineering teams resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with Support leads to develop scalable and reliable tooling.
- Maintain and evolve the primary internal admin dashboard.
- Design and implement ticket automations and integrations with third-party systems.
- Build and enhance AI agents to automate repetitive support tasks.
- Ensure reliability and operational safety for critical internal systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack engineer.
- Strong backend fundamentals, including API design and data modeling.
- Proven experience building internal tools or operational systems.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, with the ability to work with Elixir systems.
- A product-oriented mindset to navigate ambiguous requirements.
- Experience integrating with third-party APIs and maintaining internal integrations.
- Strong communication skills for a globally distributed team.
