Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for real-time applications and recommendation systems.
- Translate state-of-the-art machine learning research into production-ready solutions.
- Architect scalable and reliable ML pipelines integrated with backend systems.
- Evaluate emerging algorithms, LLMs, LLM-based applications, and frameworks for high-impact business use cases.
- Collaborate with ML engineers, product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to align initiatives with business goals.
- Use data-driven insights to refine ML strategies and solutions.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Write production-level code and participate in code reviews.
Requirements
- A minimum of an M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in machine learning modeling or related fields, or at least 3 years with a Ph.D.
- Experience with deep learning technologies for recommendation systems, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and machine learning performance evaluation metrics.
- Experience translating state-of-the-art ML research into production systems.
- Proficiency in Python, Golang, or another programming language.
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems and deliver solutions at scale.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
