Responsibilities
- Design, build, train, and deploy machine learning models for real-time applications.
- Architect scalable, reliable, and maintainable machine learning pipelines.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to align ML initiatives with business goals.
- Explore new algorithms and technologies to solve complex problems.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine machine learning strategies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
- Write production-level code and participate in code reviews.
Requirements
- B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field or relevant work experience.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning or related fields, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Deep understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning and reinforcement learning.
- Proficient in ML libraries like scikit-learn, Tensorflow, PyTorch, Keras.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Spark and Hadoop.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization tools.
- Ability to turn research ML papers into working code.
- Practical knowledge of building efficient end-to-end ML workflows.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Comfortable designing software systems and producing high-quality code.
