Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams.
- Design fit-for-purpose solutions and create efficient adoption roadmaps.
- Maintain a broad knowledge of Internet performance and security technology.
- Identify customer challenges and provide scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 3-10 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with Oracle, AWS, MS, or leading cybersecurity solutions.
- Ability to manage projects and prioritize competing demands.
- Demonstrated empathy with customers and ability to identify their pain points.
- Understanding of Internet fundamentals, including TCP/UDP and DNS.
- Knowledge of competitive landscape in DDoS, CDN, and security services.
- Willingness to travel 10-15 days per quarter.
