Responsibilities
- Support development and updates to the WordPress site hosted on WP Engine.
- Implement front-end and back-end enhancements using PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Perform routine platform maintenance tasks, including security updates.
- Monitor site performance, page speed, and uptime, escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate with the Search team to address technical SEO issues.
- Support Google Tag Manager and GA4 implementations.
- Assist with A/B testing and landing page iterations.
- Support media workflows using Cloudinary for asset delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on website-related initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in website development and operations.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, including themes and plugins.
- Familiarity with managed hosting platforms like WP Engine.
- Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Basic familiarity with PHP for back-end development.
- Exposure to Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Knowledge of website performance, SEO basics, and accessibility standards.
- Experience collaborating with marketing, UX, and analytics teams.
