Responsibilities
- Build reliable product systems integrating large language models, AI agents, RAG, and automation capabilities.
- Design and implement a scalable, multi-tenant customer data platform ingesting billions of real-time events from web, mobile, CRM, and POS sources.
- Implement AI/ML models for schema mapping, anomaly detection, data labeling, churn prediction, lifetime-value forecasting, propensity scoring, and identity resolution.
- Build LLM-powered natural-language interfaces using RAG and establish vector, memory, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Define data privacy, data lineage, data governance, and right-to-be-forgotten standards for the platform.
- Build and maintain AI infrastructure and manage model lifecycle processes.
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, React, and related technologies.
- Develop database solutions, RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, automated tests, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct deep-dive architectural reviews, set code-quality and CI/CD standards, and define the next-generation AI SDLC process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and transfer modern development practices to existing engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of software development experience with a strong data management background.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents and production applications with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and model tuning.
- Experience with GPTs, Llama, LangChain, LangGraph, memory systems, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Experience building or scaling customer data platforms and data-unification solutions.
- Proficiency with MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker for model lifecycle management.
- Experience implementing vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus for similarity search and behavioral embeddings.
- Understanding of feature engineering, predictive modeling, differential privacy, and privacy-preserving computation.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET 8+, Web API, Entity Framework Core, React.js, and database technologies.
- Experience with TypeScript, Redux, Next.js, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and search or analytics engines such as Elasticsearch.
- Experience with RESTful API development, unit testing, integration testing, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of event-driven design, Blazor or Angular, Terraform or Bicep, GraphQL, WebSocket or SignalR, RabbitMQ or SQS, and AWS or Azure is a plus.
