Responsibilities
- Build reliable product systems integrating large language models, AI agents, RAG, and automation tools.
- Design a scalable, multi-tenant customer data platform capable of ingesting billions of real-time events from web, mobile, CRM, and POS sources.
- Implement AI/ML capabilities for schema mapping, anomaly detection, data labeling, identity resolution, churn prediction, lifetime-value forecasting, and propensity scoring.
- Build LLM-powered natural-language interfaces using RAG for non-technical stakeholders.
- Define data privacy, data lineage, governance, and right-to-be-forgotten standards within platform logic.
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications, RESTful APIs, database solutions, and responsive user interfaces.
- Conduct architectural reviews, establish code-quality and CI/CD standards, and improve the AI software development lifecycle.
- Upskill development teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and technology evaluation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of software development experience with a strong data-management background.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents and production applications with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Experience tuning models and working with GPTs, Llama, LangChain, LangGraph, memory systems, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Experience building, scaling, or enhancing customer data platforms and data-unification solutions.
- Proficiency with MLOps and model lifecycle tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
- Experience implementing Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus for similarity search and behavioral embeddings.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
- Experience with React.js, TypeScript, Redux, and preferably Next.js.
- Expertise with SQL Server, MS-SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Knowledge of RESTful API development, third-party integrations, search and analytics engines, unit testing, and integration testing.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices.
- Preferred experience includes event-driven design, Blazor, Angular, Terraform, Bicep, GraphQL, WebSocket, SignalR, RabbitMQ, SQS, AWS, Azure, or on-premises data centers.
- Knowledge of privacy-preserving computation, including differential privacy, and data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
