Responsibilities
- Monitor production systems throughout assigned shifts and react to alerts, incidents, and operational issues.
- Support AWS-based cloud runtime infrastructure and perform basic checks, service or server restarts, and infrastructure support tasks.
- Investigate issues using monitoring, logging, dashboards, metrics, and alerting systems.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, web server configurations, process control, and application runtime configurations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Linux-based environments and support infrastructure and application security practices.
- Document incidents, actions taken, and system changes, escalating issues when required.
Requirements
- Junior-to-middle-level experience in DevOps, SRE, Linux administration, cloud operations, infrastructure, or production support.
- Basic experience with AWS EC2 and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
- Linux administration skills and basic scripting experience with Bash, Python, or similar tools.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with Git-based tools, preferably Bitbucket.
- Ability to follow predefined instructions, escalate issues properly, and handle monitoring and incidents responsibly.
- Availability during European business hours and upper-intermediate English proficiency.
