Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design and architecture of complex storefront systems.
- Co-own the team’s technology vision and implement its long-term technology direction.
- Partner with product and business teams to translate features into high- and low-level designs.
- Build maintainable, scalable, and efficient mission-critical applications.
- Define technology and tool choices for the team.
- Drive engineering best practices, code reviews, design reviews, and architecture discussions.
- Experiment with relevant technologies and tools and measure their impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely delivery.
Requirements
- B Tech or M Tech in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed college.
- 5–8 years of experience in a product development company.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, computer science fundamentals, and object-oriented programming.
- Strong data modeling, low-level class design, and design-pattern skills.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, including Java or Golang.
- Hands-on experience with databases and Linux/Unix platforms.
- Ability to write maintainable, scalable, and efficient code.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
