Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain RSA Archer applications across core and custom use cases.
- Configure Archer fields, records, workflows, questionnaires, notifications, calculations, data feeds, and reports.
- Develop and support custom objects and complex Archer data models.
- Build and maintain Archer REST API integrations with internal and external systems.
- Use Archer Next Generation UI capabilities to improve usability and performance.
- Support upgrades, enhancements, data migrations, environment management, and platform optimization.
- Troubleshoot Archer issues across development, QA, and production environments.
- Collaborate with risk, audit, compliance, IT, and business stakeholders on technical solutions.
- Apply Archer best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines.
- Provide documentation, technical guidance, and knowledge transfer to support teams.
Requirements
- The required qualifications state 8–10 years of hands-on experience as an Archer Developer or Archer Technical Consultant.
- The mandatory skills section lists 5–8 years of experience and Archer expertise.
- Strong knowledge of RSA Archer architecture, data models, configurations, custom object development, REST APIs, and integrations is required.
- Hands-on experience with Archer Next Generation UI and its features is required.
- Experience supporting Archer use cases such as RCSA, Issues Management, Risk Register, Compliance, and Audit is required.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance-tuning skills are required.
- Experience integrating Archer with Snowflake, ServiceNow, or enterprise data platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of GRC processes, regulatory frameworks, Archer upgrades, data migrations, and environment management is preferred.
- Prior experience in financial services or regulated environments is preferred.
- Independent work, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills are expected.
