Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of software applications.
- Develop scalable web applications using Microsoft ASP.NET.
- Own the project’s technical direction and make decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to coordinate integration, delivery, and key technical decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Oversee development best practices and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Evaluate and improve development processes, team productivity, and product quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft ASP.NET.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft ASP.NET framework.
- Experience developing scalable web applications.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with database integration and management in application development.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
