Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build automated validation and reliability systems across key product workflows.
- Translate repetitive manual validation workflows into scalable automation.
- Partner with product engineers to understand user workflows and identify reliability gaps.
- Develop tooling that improves regression testing and release validation.
- Use AI tools to accelerate testing, debugging, and quality workflows.
- Create systems that help engineering teams ship quickly with higher confidence.
- Investigate bugs and convert recurring problems into durable automation.
- Collaborate with engineers across various domains to improve product reliability.
Requirements
- Experience in QA automation, reliability engineering, or a related role.
- Strong scripting and automation skills with clean coding practices.
- Experience building automated tests and validation frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, release validation, and production reliability workflows.
- Strong understanding of software quality and complex system failures.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
- Comfort using modern AI coding tools to enhance development velocity.
- Strong debugging instincts and attention to detail.
