Responsibilities
- Support developers and teams using LiveKit, both commercially and in the community.
- Triage, file, and fix bugs, respond to support tickets, and write sample code.
- Update documentation and technical guides to assist customers.

- Regularly meet with customers to ensure their success on the platform.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build, ship, and debug production software.
- Comfortable working across unfamiliar codebases to resolve customer issues.
