Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert on systems integrations during major sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, RFPs, and custom proof-of-concept evaluations.
- Conduct technical deep dive discussions to architect integrations and advise customers.
- Support sales teams with client meetings, presentations, and custom integration designs.
- Coordinate with internal R&D and partner integrations teams to stay updated on product capabilities.
- Maintain all sales cycle activities within the Salesforce.com CRM system.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in the technology industry or Enterprise Cloud-based Software.
- Expertise in selling, configuring, and delivering software demonstrations.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Powershell scripting.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of web applications, SaaS architecture, and cloud computing.
