Responsibilities
- Lead deployment engineering projects in large enterprise environments.
- Architect deployment solutions for performance, reliability, and security.
- Build custom extensions and integrations to meet enterprise requirements.
- Operate across backend engineering, DevOps, and data engineering.
- Collaborate with customer engineering organizations to deliver outcomes.
- Mentor junior in-field engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Engage with senior technical stakeholders to discuss solutions.
- Debug issues in mission-critical environments to ensure success.
- Act as a feedback loop between field deployments and core engineering.
- Work with Deployment Strategists to ensure scalable architectures.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, DevOps, or data engineering.
- Proven track record in leading technical deployments in enterprise environments.
- Strong technical depth in backend engineering, infrastructure-as-code, and APIs.
- Ability to operate independently in high-responsibility settings.
- A builder’s mindset with creativity under pressure.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Native or near-native Spanish and professional fluency in English.
- Experience with AI/LLM-powered systems is a strong plus.
