Base Salary
$91k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Audit and refactor internal tools to comply with 12-factor application principles.
- Deliver modernized services with back-end APIs and front-end interfaces.
- Build and maintain internal web UIs using React or Vue.
- Design and develop robust REST/gRPC back-end APIs in Go and Python.
- Own the platform observability stack and improve telemetry deployment.
- Conduct architecture reviews and enforce design standards.
- Lead the refactoring of deployment pipelines to be Kubernetes-native.
- Mentor mid-tier developers and establish coding standards.
- Drive enterprise-grade infrastructure automation using Ansible and Terraform.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership.
- Strong front-end skills in React or Vue and deep back-end experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
- Demonstrated experience with 12-factor application compliance.
- Deep expertise in Python and Go for building distributed systems.
- Kubernetes Certification (CKA or CKAD) required.
- Experience with OpenStack and private cloud environments.
- Extensive experience with Ansible, AWX/Tower, and GitLab.
- Proven expertise in SDLC practices and GitOps.
