Responsibilities

Mentor junior Solution Architects and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum 7 years of experience in solution architecture or a related technical role.
3-5 years of experience in solution design and implementation in a specific domain.
Proven track record of leading and executing complex technical projects.
Mastery of technical skills relevant to cloud computing, enterprise architecture, and IT security.
Strong ability to generate innovative solutions and develop new approaches.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking.
Certification in solution architecture (e.g., AWS/Azure or Google Cloud Certified).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
Experience with automation and orchestration tools.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements like GDPR or HIPAA.
Strong leadership skills to influence and guide technical teams.
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver high-quality solutions.
