Responsibilities

  • Execute complex software implementation and deployment projects while ensuring technical accuracy, quality delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide input on project scope, resources, timelines, forecasts, deliverables, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with customer project teams as a technical advisor throughout deployment phases and participate in customer-facing meetings.
  • Deploy applications across Microsoft Windows, UNIX, and Linux server environments.
  • Install, configure, test, and validate databases, web-based solutions, and application components.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate bug resolution, and escalate persistent or critical problems.
  • Review deployment documentation, validate customer assets, and document customer requirements, configurations, and project activities.
  • Maintain project and deployment records with project managers in centralized repositories.
  • Communicate with customers, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors while identifying process improvements.

Requirements

  • A college degree in a Computer Systems-related field is required, with a high school diploma/GED, technical certification, and qualifying experience accepted as an alternative.
  • At least two years of demonstrated work experience in healthcare, pharmacy, healthcare technology, or pharmacy systems is required depending on the qualification path.
  • Experience with Linux, UNIX, Windows, PostgreSQL, and installing applications on Windows or Linux servers is required.
  • Knowledge of server hardware, network configurations, web server technology, and SSL security is required.
  • Experience with SaaS technologies, containers, Kubernetes, and proficiency with Bash or Ruby is required.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, meeting facilitation, negotiation, communication, and customer-engagement skills are required.
  • Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, pharmacy or clinical operations experience, technical presentation experience, Docker and Kubernetes experience, OpenShift, RKE2 or Tanzu, GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, VMware, and networking experience.
  • Applicants should be able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
