Base Salary
$128k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Enterprise Solutions Engineers to research prospects, understand business opportunities, and identify solution hypotheses and value drivers.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with strategic partners, prospects, and clients.
- Create written proposals using internal RFP repositories and templates to explain Medallia’s capabilities.
- Conduct customer discovery to understand customer and employee experience needs and their business value.
- Deliver in-person and remote demonstrations of Medallia Experience Cloud.
- Design Customer Experience Management solutions using the Best Practice Platform framework.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Marketing, Professional Services, and the partner support ecosystem to achieve sales objectives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role or sales organization.
- Previous experience in a software or technology environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred experience supporting pre-sales or post-sales activities in a software or IT environment.
- Strong business and technical presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills across management levels.
- Ability to apply strategic thinking and execute against requirements.
- Technical aptitude and ability to become a subject matter expert in new technology applications.
- Results-oriented organization, prioritization, planning, and follow-through skills.
