Responsibilities
- Own, rewrite, and maintain API and integration documentation.
- Build quickstarts, sample code, reference architectures, demos, and sample applications.
- Answer and resolve partner technical questions during sales conversations and implementations.
- Guide signed partners through requirements intake, provisioning, sandbox testing, webhook setup, and go-live checks.
- Coordinate partner timelines with the integration program manager.
- Develop deep knowledge of CaaS ramps, Sequence wallets, Trails, OMSX, bank rails, custodial and non-custodial flows, virtual accounts, deposit addresses, and webhooks.
- Share API integration feedback with Product and Engineering.
- Automate repetitive onboarding and provisioning work and use AI tools to improve documentation and support.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience running customer API integrations at a payments or fintech company, or owning documentation, SDKs, or developer support at an API-first company.
- Ability to read logs, debug broken webhooks, reason about authentication, and use Postman or Bruno and Datadog.
- Strong technical writing skills and the ability to document complex systems clearly.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and rapidly changing systems without a fully defined plan.
- Comfort using AI tools in daily work.
- Payments fundamentals such as fund flows, settlement, and reconciliation are helpful but can be learned.
- Crypto or Web3 experience, especially with stablecoins and wallets, is preferred.
- Enough coding experience to build a demo application is preferred.
- Experience with a documentation platform such as Mintlify is preferred.
- Exposure to KYB and KYC tooling is preferred.
