Base Salary
$152k - $179k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and GTM tools using Workato and APIs.
- Make data architecture decisions including object modeling and data integrity strategies.
- Partner with Product Managers and Revenue Operations to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the GTM systems landscape.
- Optimize system performance and ensure platform scalability.
- Contribute to deployment processes and technical roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong Apex programming skills.
- Expertise in Salesforce data modeling and system architecture.
- Experience building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.
- Proficiency with integration platforms such as Workato or MuleSoft.
- JavaScript experience for building custom user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices including governor limits and bulkification.
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across integrated systems.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with Revenue Operations or Sales Operations teams.
- Track record of technical mentorship or leadership.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II) are a plus.
- Open to using AI to enhance skills and improve efficiency.
