Base Salary
$108k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical lead to improve recommendation and search algorithms.
- Develop proprietary AI/ML solutions for the marketplace.
- Identify business problems that can be solved with data solutions.
- Establish best practices for model training and maintenance.
- Deploy trained models into production using Snowflake and DBT.
- Mine user data to enhance personalization and track KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet data needs.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in data science, analytics, or related field preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in a data or quantitative role.
- Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or fashion/retail domains preferred.
- Expert level proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Proven expertise in advanced statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms.
- Strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
- History of mentoring or developing teammates.
