Responsibilities

- Design and train advanced ML models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with privacy requirements.
- Oversee end-to-end ML workflows from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap and set long-term goals.
- Establish engineering best practices and data governance guidelines.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers to promote innovation and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years focused on ML-driven systems.
- Experience architecting and building ads measurement modeling solutions using advanced ML techniques.
- Strong knowledge of identifiers used in identity resolution.
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Solid understanding of large-scale data processing and distributed computing.
- Proven technical leadership in cross-functional settings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
