Base Salary
$189k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to research in machine learning and large language models for Pinterest applications.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize data findings to build intelligent models.
- Write clean, efficient, and sustainable code.
- Utilize machine learning and natural language processing to solve modeling and ranking issues.
- Independently scope and solve moderately complex problems.
Requirements
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, ML, NLP, Statistics, Information Sciences, or related field.
- 6+ years of industry experience in machine learning or information retrieval.
- Mastery of at least one systems language (Java, C++, Python) or ML framework (Tensorflow, Pytorch, MLFlow).
- Experience in research and solving analytical problems.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems and adapt to a dynamic environment.
