Responsibilities
- Design, build, and test systems for employer and employee tax accounts.
- Create automation for maintaining access with tax agencies.
- Model complex compliance rules into maintainable systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Tax Operations teams to develop solutions.
- Mentor other engineers and tackle complex engineering challenges.
- Build products that enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Experience managing multi-quarter projects with measurable impact.
- Proven ability to build scalable solutions in complex domains.
- Comfort with designing data models and APIs for compliance-heavy systems.
- Experience with AI tools to improve development and testing.
- Strong communication skills across engineering and business teams.
