Base Salary
$205k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop core runtime surfaces of the syndi-api, including agent loop and tool execution.
- Manage the eval system for product teams and its integration into production.
- Ensure observability and reliability of the platform's agent surfaces.
- Review and evolve product teams' tool wrappers and evals.
- Implement compliance and legal requirements for the platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production backend systems.
- Proficient in Python, relational databases, and cloud infrastructure (GCP/Kubernetes).
- Experience with LLM-powered systems and tool-calling integration.
- Ability to design for operability, including compliance and tracing.
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and reviews.
