Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and ship AI agents and copilots for automating IT processes.
- Wrap existing runbooks and policies in AI-powered workflows.
- Build safe data and integration layers for AI using platform APIs.
- Implement orchestration flows with guardrails and audit trails.
- Add evaluation, logging, and monitoring for AI features.
- Use AI to improve lifecycle automation and compliance.
- Create self-service experiences for employees and support teams.
- Lead Tier 3 incidents and integrate learnings into automations.
- Mentor engineers on AI design and automation standards.
- Partner with various teams to select and implement AI use cases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in platform or systems engineering.
- Strong understanding of code structures, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with large language models and AI application design.
- Hands-on experience with AI or automation workflows in enterprise settings.
- Ability to read and reason about code and collaborate with engineers.
- Solid understanding of identity and access concepts.
- Comfort with observability practices and tracking metrics.
- Proven incident and change management habits.
- Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
