Base Salary
$123k - $167k/yr
Responsibilities
- Plan, author, and maintain installation guides and operational documentation.
- Create Warfighter-focused end user guides.
- Develop step-by-step installation and configuration guides.
- Document operational workflows for upgrades and health checks.
- Build troubleshooting runbooks with diagnosis and resolution paths.
- Aid in the development of training modules and job aids.
- Operate in a Git-based documentation workflow and improve documentation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience writing technical documentation for software platforms.
- Experience producing installation guides, administrator manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
- Ability to document complex workflows and interpret technical specifications.
- Experience in environments with operational rigor, such as airgapped systems.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering and delivery teams.
- Proficiency with Git-based documentation workflows and modern documentation tools.
