Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Implement strategies that improve release integrity through automation and validation processes.
- Validate spatial algorithms, data accuracy, and system performance within the mapping platform.
- Instrument quality health metrics and dashboards for product stability and release readiness.
- Drive internal tooling initiatives to enhance developer experience and testing capabilities.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to identify system-level quality improvements.
- Use data and experimentation to refine quality approaches and focus on impactful areas.
- Develop quality measures that align with the overall quality strategy.
Requirements
- Understanding of modern quality engineering best practices and their pragmatic application.
- Strong technical foundation in release management, automation frameworks, and CI/CD systems.
- 2+ years of experience in test automation for complex applications using languages like C++/C#, GD Script, or Python.
- Proven experience with shift-left quality practices to improve code quality and deployment confidence.
- Hands-on experience with performance, resilience, and security testing integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience building internal tools that enhance testability and release integrity.
- Algorithmic validation experience in applications like navigation or logistics.
- Strong understanding of API quality, including contract validation in distributed systems.
- Demonstrated ability to promote quality and best practices across teams.
- Solid collaboration and communication skills.
