Base Salary
$88k - $164k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs deployed in AWS.
- Develop scalable, high-performance solutions that meet business requirements.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and implement clean, reusable solutions.
- Ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of core platform services.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as planning and retrospectives.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and contribute to continuous code quality improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, DevOps, and Security teams.
- Mentor peers and junior engineers through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Use AI-based development tools to build high-quality AdTech products.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in backend software engineering focused on enterprise-grade applications.
- 4+ years developing scalable, high-performance microservices.
- 4+ years designing cloud-native architectures and implementing infrastructure as code.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with relational databases and writing optimized SQL queries.
- 2+ years of front-end development experience using JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Advanced proficiency in Python 3, with expert-level knowledge required.
