Base Salary
$100k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise DevSecOps architectures.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for secure application delivery.
- Establish reference architectures and best practices for DevSecOps.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code solutions for automation.
- Integrate automated security testing into software delivery pipelines.
- Design secure cloud-native and hybrid-cloud architectures.
- Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity requirements.
- Support continuous Authority to Operate initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to improve platform security.
- Lead architecture reviews and technical design sessions.
- Develop strategies to reduce technical debt.
- Create technical roadmaps aligning DevSecOps capabilities with organizational goals.
- Provide technical mentorship to DevSecOps engineers and teams.
- Support incident response and vulnerability remediation efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- 7–10 years of experience in software engineering or related fields.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise DevSecOps solutions.
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines for secure software delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code frameworks.
- Experience integrating automated security controls into pipelines.
- Experience with federal cybersecurity compliance requirements.
- Experience leading technical teams and providing architectural guidance.
- Strong knowledge of secure software development lifecycle processes.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with tools like GitHub, JFrog, and SonarQube.
- Knowledge of containerization and infrastructure technologies.
- Experience implementing security automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of application security principles.
- Knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
